This game is designed to teach you the process of reprogramming your brain so that you can experience a joyful, peaceful life. No matter how crazy your life looks right now, I promise you that you can change it into whatever you want it to look like.
Many of us have gotten so used to life being chaotic that we think it’s normal. We think it’s just the way things are and there’s nothing we can do about it. The great news is that you can! You can live a life of peace and joy.
Before you can do that, you want to learn what it feels like to be peaceful and joyful. You may have been practicing feeling confused, sad, lonely, scared, angry, guilty, ashamed, or any other array of feelings that don’t bring you joy. You are very, very good at feeling those feelings because you have practiced feeling them for so long. Now it’s time to practice feeling peaceful and joyful until it is normal.
This does not at all mean that any of those feelings are bad. They are actually good because they are there to create a desire for something different. Desire is the first step towards change. Desire is what motivates you to change what isn’t working until you feel differently. Start being grateful for all of your feelings, as they are there to help and guide you toward what you really want.
The purpose of this game is to create new habits in your life that will actually rewire your brain for joy and peace and experience a new reality. Each level of this game has different actions that when done regularly will give you the experiences that will change your life. You will do each of the activities in the level until you have done each one at least 3 days in a row or 3 times in one week. In this way you can move towards what you want without getting overwhelmed.
